NGC is a proud to partner with the Southern South Carolina District of the Eastern Surfing Association to provide media and public relations support for the 2008 Contest Season. The ESA is dedicated to amateur surfing competition for of all ages and abilities and to the establishment and preservation of free access to a clean shoreline and ocean environment.  The ESA is the largest amateur surfing association in the world, with a current membership of more than 7,000 surfers.
